I love 4th and Morris Dentistry! Dr. Dhaliwal and her team were absolutely fantastic when my husband recently (Jan 2020) had a toothache severe enough to send him home early on a work day. They were able to assess and treat his issue immediately. He isn’t a huge fan of going to the dentist (you could say it’s like pulling teeth) but he came home and said that not only had he felt comfortable during his appointment, he also felt like he had been treated respectfully. This is a big deal! We also heard that they are doing Invisalign braces! Our daughter did Invisalign and loved it so now we are considering for ourselves. It seems like they are offering a fantastic deal something like 40% off on the whole service which would make it cheaper than standard braces! It’s nice to know that there is a neighborhood dentist who cares.

Dr. Dhaliwal is fantastic, as is everyone who works in the office. Everyone is on time. Listen to my concerns and helps resolve issues. The office is in a house which offers comfort during dental procedures.

Dr. Dhaliwal is a very friendly and warm doctor. I was in pain and her staff was able to accommodate me at a relatively short notice and made me feel comfortable during my visit. The clinic seemed well equipped and designed so to not intimidate people such as myself who dread going to a dentist. Dr. Dhaliwal took the time understanding my concerns. She took her time during the procedure with detailed explanation of what she was seeing and the procedure at each step. She made sure my dental problems were addressed thoroughly. At discharge Dr. Dhaliwal provided me with medicines and advice on how to avoid the issue in future. It is nice to see doctors passionate about their profession. I hesitate to write this review because it will likely mean I will have to book appointments way out! Before I went to 4th and Morris Dentistry I had two assumptions about going to the dentist…#1 I would be talked down to about my dental health (even though I am an adult) and #2 the cleaning would leave my mouth sore but that is what is needed to properly clean my permanent retainer. Dr. Jaji Dhaliwal and my incredible hygienist Ivy blew both of these assumptions out of the water. I am not exaggerating when I say that the cleaning Ivy gave my teeth felt like a spa treatment. I actually relaxed so much I thought I might fall asleep. I’ve never had this experience before and so it occurred to me that she likely wasn’t getting everything-nope-teeth utterly sparkling when she was done. Zero soreness. Then Dr. Dhaliwal spoke to me like a grown-up person asking about my history and of course sharing her expertise. From booking the appointment to checking out-best dental experience ever-looking forward to coming back. And really who ever says that about the dentist?!

So I have been going to 4th & Morris for about 10 Years. Different owners, but each owner continued with their oath to full fill great customer service and listen to their patients. I continue to enjoy my partnership with them. If you are looking for a new Dental Provider for your health needs, give them a shot. You will not be disappointed.
