I have a very small mouth and have had trouble in the past with dentists asking me to stretch my mouth wider than it needs to go. The Dr. didn’t ask me to open wide, in fact she asked me to close it smaller a few times which made me feel so much more comfortable. I went in for a deep cleaning and she did everything she could to put me at ease (noise canceling headphones, extra numbing agents, checking in with me and explaining each step), and by the time she began working I felt completely fine and I’m someone who doesn’t do well with dentist appointments. She is fantastic and her staff are also exceptional with scheduling and billing matters, 5/5 stars easily.

Had such a great first time experience here today! I hadn’t been to the dentist in awhile due to a bad experience at another place, but all the staff and Dr. Dhaliwal were so kind and patient and made me feel so comfortable. So happy to have found my new dentist!

Very professional. Unlike a lot of medical professionals this office respects my time. I had an appointment at a certain time and I was brought to the examination room at that time. I was seen by the hygienist and dentist without having to wait around. Work was done, diagnosis reached, treatment decided on — very efficient. Now please don’t mistake efficiency for being impersonal. Just the opposite. I never once felt rushed, never once felt I like I was a part of a group of patients that had to be seen in a day. Everyone made me feel like I was their only concern while they were with me. All in all one of my better physician experiences.
